Space #3 – Currently available!

The third space is located on the west end of the building, next to Hattie’s Antiques and across from the Amtrak train depot. While the entrance is not handicap accessible, it will eventually become handicap accessible through the Knox Hotel entrance. Space #3 has nearly 800 square feet of space, including a beautiful historic storefront, its own bathroom, and separate utilities.

Space #3 would be ideal for a small cafe / soup and sandwich shop, novelty sweets and ice cream parlor, clothing boutique, or even a cute bookstore!
