Investors are the primary source of funding for our most significant expenses, such as plumbing and elevators.

Investment Goal

We are seeking to raise $500,000 through investments. As the renovation project is phased to completion, so will repayment to investors. New investments will be accepted until our goal has been reached, and potentially beyond.

Investment Range

Our typical investment range is $10,000 to $30,000. We welcome conversations about any investment amounts, or even repeated investments.
